The Process Officer will be responsible for policy booking, issuance coordination and ensuring smooth operational support for insurance business transactions. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and timely coordination with insurance companies, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and book insurance policies accurately within defined timelines.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and corrections.
Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of policy bookings and operational reports.
Follow up with internal teams and partners for missing documents and requirements.
Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.
Support renewal processing and servicing activities as required.
Assist in resolving operational issues.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and adherence to turnaround time (TAT).





Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, policy processing, or back-office functions preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and office applications.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of policies processed/booked.
Accuracy of policy booking and documentation.
Turnaround time for policy issuance.
Pending case closure rate.
Compliance with operational processes and quality standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
