Job Responsibilities
Assist in creation and processing of Purchase Indents (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and GRNs.
Handle accurate data entry and purchase-related documentation.
Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, vendor details, and quotations.
Coordinate with vendors regarding order status and deliveries.
Assist in preparing purchase reports and MIS reports.
Verify and update purchase-related details in ERP/software.
Coordinate with Stores and Accounts departments for purchase documentation.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all purchase records.
Track pending orders and follow up for timely deliveries.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Pharma, or Healthcare industry preferred.
Knowledge of PI, PO, GRN, invoice entries, and purchase documentation.
Good data entry and MS Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Note: Candidates with relevant experience in Pharma/Healthcare purchase operations and knowledge of PO, PI, GRN creation and reporting will be preferred.
