Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, employee technical support, IT infrastructure, hardware/software, networking, security, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, email, and other IT issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, email, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and equipment records.
Coordinate IT procurement, repairs, replacements, and vendor support.
Support endpoint security, antivirus, backups, updates, and cybersecurity practices.
Maintain IT documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and office technology as required.
Monitor IT systems and resolve recurring technical issues proactively.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT support/administration experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting, networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and basic cybersecurity.
Valuable problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
