We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will provide daily system maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage system operations using EcoGreen Express software.
Administer, configure, and maintain EcoGreen Express software to support business operations.
Perform routine system updates, data backups, and user account management.
Monitor system performance to minimize downtime and resolve technical errors promptly.
Assist with the onboarding and setup of workstation equipment for current employees.
Document IT procedures, software issues, and resolution steps in the ticketing system.
Experience: 1 year of qualified experience in an IT support, systems administration, or technical desk role
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
