Job Summary

Celonis Process Analyst with a solid background in process mining, optimization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have led multiple end-to-end Celonis projects and possess deep expertise in uncovering inefficiencies and driving process improvements across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle Celonis process mining projects—from scoping to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
Analyze business processes using Celonis and other mining tools to detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Design and build Celonis dashboards and models that deliver actionable insights.
Maintain detailed process documentation including workflows, maps, and SOPs.
Train internal teams and stakeholders on Celonis methodologies and best practices.
Stay current with emerging trends in process mining and related technologies.




Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of project milestones.
Skill Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in process mining or process improvement roles.
Certified Celonis Process Mining Skilled.
Proven track record of managing 6–7 end-to-end Celonis projects.
Proficiency in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
