Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and vendor accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and payment entries.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Manage GST-related accounting and documentation, including GSTR data preparation.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related records.
Prepare E-Way Bills and maintain supporting documentation.
Manage vendor bills, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.




Maintain petty cash and record daily cash transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal departments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Support the senior management/accounts team in financial and accounting activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
