Job Description – Wax Puller

Position: Wax Puller / Wax Section Operator
Location: SEEPZ, Mumbai
Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities
Operate wax injection machines for producing jewellery wax patterns as per approved designs.
Pull and remove wax patterns carefully from rubber/silicone moulds without damaging the details.
Check wax patterns for proper shape, size, detailing, and surface quality.
Identify defects such as air bubbles, cracks, incomplete filling, and deformation.
Ensure proper alignment and accurate reproduction of jewellery designs.
Maintain cleanliness of moulds, machines, tools, and work area.
Coordinate with the Mould, CAD, Production, and Casting teams for any mould or wax-related issues.
Separate defective wax pieces and send them for correction or rework.
Follow production targets and maintain consistent quality.




Handle wax moulds and jewellery patterns carefully to minimize wastage and damage.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of wax injection and wax pattern pulling processes.
Experience with jewellery wax moulds and patterns.
Valuable hand skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify defects in wax patterns.
Knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery manufacturing will be preferred.
Ability to work according to production targets and timelines.
Valuable teamwork and coordination skills.

Qualification
10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Relevant experience in jewellery manufacturing preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
