Handle club reservation enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
Record and maintain accurate reservation details and guest information.
Confirm, modify, and follow up on reservations.
Assist in the overall daily operation of the Club.
Coordinate with the F&B; Service, Kitchen, Bar, Security, Front Office, and other concerned departments.
Ensure the club area is properly prepared before opening and maintained throughout operations.
Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests.
Understand and respond to guest requirements promptly.
Maintain daily reservation and guest records.
Prepare daily booking/enquiry reports as required.
Maintain records of cancellations, no-shows, and walk-in guests.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.
