Job Summary
Sign Restaurant is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions, maintain excellent service standards, and build strong relationships with guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve customer requirements promptly.
Follow up on customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist in promoting restaurant services, offers, and special promotions.
Maintain proper records of customer feedback and interactions.
Support the restaurant team in maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the F&B; industry preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Candidates who can speak English and Malayalam are preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
