Troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
Working with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
Liaising with engineering, product development, and other teams.
Other Duties:
Analyzing costs and sales data.
Preparing reports and maintaining client records.
Assisting with marketing activities, such as trade shows.
Providing post-sales support and training.
