Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Coffee Artist to prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, beverage presentation, and café operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and other café beverages as per standard recipes.
Create attractive and consistent latte art using professional techniques.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Ensure proper coffee grinding, extraction, milk steaming, and beverage presentation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
Recommend coffee and beverage options to customers based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and work area.
Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
Follow proper storage, handling, and wastage-control procedures.
Handle customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.




Assist with the development of new coffee beverages and presentation styles.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Support the café team during busy service hours.

Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Certification or training in Barista / Coffee Making is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Artist, or in a specialty coffee shop preferred.
Solid knowledge of espresso preparation and latte art.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Creative approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced café environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
