The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Ather electric scooters at the Tirur showroom. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales and delivery experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ather models
Explain product features, pricing, EMI options, insurance, and exchange offers
Conduct test ride coordination and follow up with potential customers
Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Coordinate with the service and delivery team for timely vehicle delivery
Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and brand guidelines
Participate in local marketing activities, events, and promotions
Handle customer objections and ensure high customer satisfaction
