Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and production processes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Basic understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters, and CNC operations.
Identify production issues, machine stoppages, tool-related problems, and escalate them appropriately.
Maintain production records, rejection/rework reports, and shift-wise data.
Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
Support tool, fixture, material, and consumable availability for uninterrupted production.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
