What This Role Is About
You will be calling people who have already shown interest in our courses. These are warm leads, not cold calls. Your role is to understand their career goals, explain the right programs and guide them towards enrolment.
This is a target based role with monthly enrolment goals and attractive performance incentives.
What You Will Do
Call warm leads daily and understand their career goals
Explain courses clearly and answer queries
Follow up with interested candidates until enrolment
Maintain accurate call records and follow up schedules
Share lead feedback with the team
Support candidate communication and coordination for TalentRoots and our client requirements when required
What We Need
Good spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi and English
Friendly, confident and natural phone manner
Good listening and convincing skills
Comfortable working with targets and regular follow ups
Basic computer skills
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or student counselling preferred
Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome
Preferred Languages
Bengali, Hindi, English.
Important Requirement:
Only candidates who are currently based in or around Krishnanagar and can comfortably commute to the location should apply.
The candidate should also be flexible to work.
