Job Title: Branch Manager – Immigration Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales, counseling, and documentation teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Guide clients on suitable immigration, study abroad, work permit, visitor visa, and permanent residency programs.
Monitor the quality of client consultations and ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration policies and company SOPs.
Handle escalated client concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Recruit, train, and mentor current team members.
Develop local marketing and business development strategies to generate quality leads.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
Track branch KPIs, prepare performance reports, and submit updates to senior management.
Maintain branch profitability by controlling operational expenses.
Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up of client applications.




Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Maintain high client satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
4–8+ years of experience in the immigration, education, or visa consultancy industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience.
Robust sales, leadership, and business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Sound knowledge of immigration pathways for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe.
Ability to manage branch targets and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
