Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Retail Trainer to train, groom and develop retail store employees across Maharashtra. The role involves travelling to retail stores and conducting practical, on-floor training.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site training for retail sales teams across Maharashtra.
Train employees on sales techniques, customer handling and conversion skills.
Develop strong greeting, communication and customer engagement practices.
Train teams on Visual Merchandising (VM) and store presentation standards.
Improve product presentation, upselling and cross-selling skills.
Train employees on grooming, body language, professional etiquette and store discipline.
Conduct role plays, demonstrations and practical on-floor coaching.
Identify skill gaps and provide individual/team feedback and coaching.
Monitor training effectiveness and share feedback with management.

Ideal Candidate
5–10+ years of experience in Retail, Retail Sales,



Store Operations or Training.
Candidates with 10+ years of hands-on retail experience are encouraged to apply.
Prior formal training experience is preferred but not mandatory for strong retail professionals.
Excellent communication, presentation and people-management skills.
Confident, energetic, well-groomed and skilled personality.
Robust knowledge of retail sales, customer service and VM.
A go-getter with the ability to motivate, coach and influence teams.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

Engagement Options

Full time / Salary Position | Freelance / Consultant Basis

Location: Across Maharashtra
Travel: Regular travel to retail stores across Maharashtra is required. (Company Paid)

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 2.0 per week
