Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and productive service.
Manage bar staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and prevent shortages or variances.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs for stock handling, pouring, billing, and hygiene.
Coordinate with Purchase and Store teams for timely replenishment of bar items.
Maintain cost control by reducing wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
Ensure adherence to legal requirements (excise laws, licenses, hygiene standards).
Build and motivate a high-performing team with excellent guest service focus.
Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and proper documentation.
Develop beverage menus, promotions, and upselling strategies to increase revenue.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery.
Prepare daily sales reports, stock consumption reports, and monthly bar summaries.
Ensure consistent product quality and standardised drink recipes.
Conduct regular bar audits and implement corrective actions.
