We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Executive who understands how to generate, manage, and optimize leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple projects/clients, understand the complete lead funnel, and be capable of bringing fresh ideas for social media campaigns, content, creatives, and audience engagement.
You should be comfortable working with data, testing different strategies, identifying what's working, and continuously improving campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
Build and improve lead generation funnels from ad to conversion.
Track CPL, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Manage ads across multiple projects/clients.
Suggest creative campaign ideas and strategies for better results.
Share ideas for social media content, campaigns, and growth.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.
Robust understanding of lead funnels and performance marketing.
Experience handling multiple campaigns/projects.
Data-driven mindset with positive analytical skills.
Creative thinker who can contribute ideas beyond paid advertising.
