Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (May extend up to 6:30 PM when required)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to be a key member of our Accounts Division. This role is ideal for someone who understands Finance & Accounts, enjoys structured work, and can contribute ideas to improve the team efficiency. You will work closely with the accounts and Finance team to ensure smooth coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain debtor records, payment tracking, and ageing reports
Assist with invoice verification and account reconciliation
Support reporting and MIS preparation
Contribute ideas to improve payment systems and processes Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Positive communication and follow-up skills
