Bhaskara Traders Private Limited (BTPL) is looking for a creative, energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, shooting and editing short videos/reels, managing social media platforms, promoting products and generating customer enquiries and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Create and publish daily posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
Shoot product photos and videos using a mobile phone/camera.
Edit reels, short videos and promotional creatives.
Create attractive content for BTPL and its products/business activities.
Promote products, offers, new arrivals and seasonal campaigns.
Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
Manage Facebook Marketplace and product promotions.
Assist with Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
Develop weekly and monthly social media content plans.
Monitor social media performance, reach,



engagement and leads.
Research current social media trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales and management team for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:
Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.
Good communication and creative skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
Ability to create attractive reels and short-form videos.
Willingness to shoot content in office and, when required, appear in videos.
Knowledge of digital marketing and Meta Ads will be an advantage.
Freshers with robust practical skills and creativity can also apply.

What We Expect:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of BTPL's social media presence and turn products and business activities into engaging content that generates visibility, enquiries and sales.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
