Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our European recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for contacting candidates from company-provided leads, explaining overseas job opportunities, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and communicate with candidates through company-provided leads.
Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, salary, advantages, and other relevant details to candidates.
Understand candidate requirements and assess their suitability for available positions.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Guide candidates through the selection and joining process.
Coordinate and assist candidates with required tests, interviews, and documentation.
Ensure candidates submit the necessary documents correctly and on time.
Maintain accurate candidate information and follow-up updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.




Build a positive relationship with candidates and provide timely support throughout the process.
Achieve assigned recruitment and conversion targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Experience in HR recruitment, telesales, customer service, or overseas recruitment is preferred.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work with targets and handle multiple candidates simultaneously.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Willingness to learn about European job opportunities and recruitment procedures.
