Monitor and evaluate sales calls and interactions for quality, compliance & effectiveness.
Assess adherence to sales scripts, objection handling, product knowledge & closing techniques.
Identify quality gaps, defects, and prospects for improvement.
Provide transparent, timely & constructive feedback to Sales Advisors.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective & preventive actions.
Collaborate with Sales Managers, Trainers & Operations teams to improve conversion and performance.
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent quality scoring.
Support internal & external quality audits.
Maintain accurate quality reports, dashboards & documentation.
Track quality trends and share actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
