Job description
Sales & Business Growth: Execute regional sales strategies, drive current business opportunities, and meet overall target metrics for life insurance and embedded loan products.
Team & Channel Management: Lead, coach, and manage a middle-management team of Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Front-Line/Unit Managers.
Partner Relations: Build robust working relationships with corporate partners, key banking partners, or large distributor networks.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions on products, digital sales platforms, and selling techniques for internal teams and partners.
Compliance & Quality:



Monitor adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory compliance norms set by IRDAI.

Job Requirements
Education: Post-Graduation or an MBA from a premier campus is often preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 8 to 10 years of core experience post MBA/PGDM in insurance sales, agency/channel development, or financial services management.
Key Skills: Robust leadership, relationship management, sales strategy formulation, training capabilities, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
