Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, administer oral and intravenous (IV) medications, change wound dressings, and perform physical assessments.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare specialists to evaluate and update patient care plans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) of patient histories, symptoms, and treatments.
Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on how to manage illnesses, injuries, and post-discharge recovery at home.
Team Supervision: Direct and oversee licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, and aides.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
