PMP certification is preferred.
Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques.
Cross functional team leadership experiences preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading or working on a cross functional team in multiple regions / cultures is preferred.
Leads, motivates and drives a cross functional team towards results.
Execution and quality focus.
Functional understanding of BOM’s, MRP, QS9000 & related AIAG practices and standards.
Technical familiarity with a range of materials and manufacturing processes desired.
