Job Title: AI Automation & RAG Lead

Location: Andheri East, Seepz (Mumbai)

Experience: 5–10+ years (including 2+ years in AI Automation, RAG, LLMs, or AI Agents)
Type: Full time (Weekends Off) 5th Saturday -Working

Role Overview:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions for an e-commerce business. Build AI agents, RAG systems, and workflow automations to improve customer support, marketing, merchandising, operations, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Build AI workflows using n8n.
Develop AI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
Design and implement RAG solutions for customer support, knowledge bases, product recommendations, and operations.
Build and optimize vector database solutions (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB).
Integrate Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
Automate catalog management, marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and support workflows.




Develop scalable API-based integrations and cloud-deployed AI systems.
Ensure monitoring, security, and governance of AI solutions.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with n8n.
AI agents, workflow automation, and RAG architecture.
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB).
Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks.
Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

E-commerce Experience
Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4.
Customer support platforms.
Understanding of conversion funnels, lifecycle marketing, catalog management, and support operations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
