Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri & job portals
Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker
Ensure timely closure of positions
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
Solid communication & interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
