Job Summary
Surbhi Satcom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Import Accounts Executive to manage import-related accounting, GST, TDS and day-to-day accounts activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Import & Export accounting and documentation.
Manage import invoices, BOE and related accounting.
Handle GST & TDS compliance and calculations.
Maintain accounts using Tally ERP.
Manage purchase, payment, bank entries and reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors, customs/clearing agents and internal teams.
Prepare regular accounts and import-related reports.
Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in Import Accounts.
Mandatory knowledge of Import & Export processes.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and Tally ERP.
Good MS Excel and reconciliation skills.
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
