Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide in office IT support and ensure the smooth operation of client IT infrastructure.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and delivering timely technical assistance to end users.
The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in computer systems and networking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site technical support at client locations.
· Handle day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers,
and other IT peripherals.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Maintain service reports, incident logs, and documentation.
· Ensure adherence to client IT policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts.
· Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals.
· Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
· CCNA certification (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
