Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko call karke delivery address verify karna.
Incomplete/wrong address ko customer se confirm aur update karna.
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases par customers se baat karna.
Delivery issue ka reason samajhna aur re-attempt delivery coordinate karna.
Customer details aur call status system/Excel mein update karna.
Courier/delivery team ke saath coordination karna.
Daily calling aur follow-up targets complete karna.
Skills Required:
Hindi mein achhi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer se politely baat karne ki ability.
Fresers bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Target-oriented aur responsible candidate.
