We have an opening for the role of Customer Support (Chat Process) for our Quick E-commerce client in HSR Layout Bangalore.
Job Details
Position: Customer Experience Associate (Chat)
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Experience: Fresher to 5 years

Work Schedule
6 working days per week.
Rotational shifts (10 hours) between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Note: No cab facility provided.

Job Responsibilities
Handle live chats professionally.
Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and payments.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
Provide product assistance and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Fluent communication in English and Hindi (Required).
Minimum typing speed (30 WPS-45 WPS)
Valuable typing speed and proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work rotational shifts.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with 10+2 and robust relevant experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
