Support Current Chemical Entity (NCE) discovery and lead optimization projects through the synthesis of target molecules under the guidance of senior medicinal chemists.
Perform literature searches using SciFinder and other scientific databases to support synthetic route design and problem solving.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality compounds in accordance with project timelines
Ensure effective delivery and timely completion of assigned projects.
Purify compounds using advanced techniques (e.g., column chromatography, recrystallization, HPLC).
Characterize substances through analytical methods such as NMR, LC-MS, etc.
Analyse results, interpret data, and communicate findings in reports, presentations, and scientific meetings.
Stay current with scientific literature, novel synthetic techniques, and industry best practices.
