Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, inventory movement, and stock availability.
Handle receiving, verification, storage, tagging, and issuance of merchandise/material.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, inward/outward registers, and system entries.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, product segregation, and systematic storage.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Store Manager for smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels, quick-moving/slow-moving items, damaged and obsolete stock.
Ensure proper merchandise handling, housekeeping, safety, and security within the store.
Support stock audits and periodic inventory reconciliation.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and inventory reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory controls, and loss-prevention practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory & stock management.
Valuable command of MS Excel / ERP / POS systems.




Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
Good communication and coordination ability.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of stock accuracy and control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates from Retail, FMCG, Kitchenware, Cookware, Utensils, or Consumer Durables industries preferred.
Experience in handling retail store inventory and merchandise will be an advantage.
Should be disciplined, accountable, and comfortable with physical stock handling and store operations.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹25,000.00 per month
