We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Location: Madurai

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is enthusiastic about sales, client relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Work closely with the sales and internal teams to achieve business targets.





Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

6 months – 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Inside Sales.

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
