We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and drive customer growth.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, planning campaigns, coordinating the marketing team, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop monthly marketing and campaign plans based on business goals.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget across different activities.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
Track orders, revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and other key metrics.
Identify what is working, what is not, and take action to improve results.
Plan promotions, social media, influencer/UGC and other customer acquisition activities.
Work closely with the graphic designer and marketing intern, providing clear briefs and priorities.
Manage campaigns from planning through execution and performance analysis.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and budget utilization.
Take ownership of marketing outcomes and continuously improve the strategy.
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of paid advertising and social media marketing.
Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
Robust communication and team coordination skills.
Most importantly, a results-oriented and accountable mindset.
