Position: Customer Support Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 9:15 AM to 6:45 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and follow up on Meta Ads leads and calls

Follow up with enquiries received through Bus Advertisement campaigns

Make regular follow-up calls to *old and existing customer enquiries

Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our products/services.

Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Coordinate qualified leads with the concerned sales team.

Ensure timely follow-up and avoid missing any potential enquiry.

Update daily call and follow-up reports.





Build a good relationship with customers through qualified communication.

Requirements

Good Tamil and English communication skills

Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to maintain follow-up records and reports.

Should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently from home.

Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales follow-up is preferred.
