Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities for software development and IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
Experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT/Software company.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Positive understanding of software solutions and IT services.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: Best in Industry (Based on experience and interview performance)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
