Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle assigned Indian kitchen section independently.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen section.
Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.
Guide and supervise Commis staff.
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Coordinate with senior chefs during service.

Indian DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) – Job Description
Assist CDP in preparing and cooking Indian dishes.
Handle daily mise en place and section preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in supervising Commis staff and kitchen helpers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
Check ingredients and report stock requirements.
Follow standard recipes and food safety procedures.




Minimize wastage and maintain proper storage.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service.

Indian Commis-I – Job Description
Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes.
Perform basic cutting, chopping, grinding, and mise en place.
Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Assist CDP/DCDP during food preparation and service.
Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
Support other kitchen duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
