Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
Support organizational development, manpower planning, and succession planning.




Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Promote a skilled, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in an HR Manager/HRBP role.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Good understanding of applicable labor and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid leadership and people-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
