Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures
Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations effectively
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and employee databases with accuracy
Support employee engagement initiatives and implementation of HR policies and processes

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage




1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and HR operations
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Excellent verbal and written communication with solid interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple HR responsibilities
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
