Key Responsibilities
Perform periodic maintenance and general servicing of two-wheelers.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, engine, electrical, and other technical issues.
Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty parts as per manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct vehicle inspection and identify required repairs and maintenance.
Complete all assigned repair orders within the stipulated time.
Ensure quality of work and conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment properly and safely.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle complaints and repair requirements.
Inform the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor about additional repairs or spare parts required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work bay, tools, and equipment.
Follow all company safety standards and workshop procedures.
Avoid wastage and ensure proper usage of spare parts and consumables.
Attend technical training programs and stay updated on current models and technologies.
Support other technicians and team members whenever required.
Ensure timely completion of vehicles and contribute to overall workshop productivity.
