We are looking for enthusiastic and technically aware Sales and Service Engineers to join our team in Bhosari. The ideal candidate should have a background in Metrology and an interest in both customer handling and technical service. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Sales and service engineers typically support customers, explain technical solutions, perform service activities, and assist in installations, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales activities by interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations when required.
Visit customer sites for installation, service, and troubleshooting support.
Handle basic maintenance, calibration, and issue resolution tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, follow-ups, and service updates.
Prepare and maintain service reports and customer documentation.
Build valuable customer relationships through timely support and communication.
Assist in achieving sales and service targets assigned by the company.

Compensation
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month, based on profile and experience.
