Key Responsibilities
Apply to universities abroad on behalf of students with meticulous attention to detail
Compile,
verify accuracy and systematically organize information provided by students
Understand university requirements comprehensively and update our internal University-Course Database accordingly
Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for students from onboarding through pre-departure stages
Handle all student queries, concerns, follow-ups, emails, and communications with professionalism and care
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail when working with complex student applications
Robust computer proficiency and familiarity with digital application systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
Nice to Have
Previous work experience as an Admissions Counsellor in the study abroad industry
Knowledge of international education systems and university application processes
Familiarity with CRM systems and student management software
