We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support key operational HR functions, help build and maintain strong internal relationships, and contribute to organizational growth and workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and talent pipelines for recent growth opportunities
Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, and networking
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline, candidate, and activity data
Prepare proposals, documentation, and reports for prospective initiatives and internal stakeholders
Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform overall HR and workforce strategy
Attend networking events, conferences, and key meetings as needed
Requirements:
0–1 year of HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
