This hybrid role combines operational oversight with financial record-keeping. You will ensure smooth goods movement while tracking inventory valuation, reconciling transactions, and managing warehouse-related accounts.
Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Manage warehouse staff schedules, performance, and daily task assignments.
Enforce safety and health regulations across the facility grounds.
Resolve inventory mismatches, damaged goods, or shipment discrepancies.
Record and monitor all import, export, and internal inventory movements.
Reconcile physical stock counts with accounting and ERP system records daily.
Manage warehouse cost controls, including storage, packaging, and shipping expenses.
Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and cost-of-goods-sold calculations .
