About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and client-related assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Conduct finalization of accounts and ensure proper accounting practices.
Handle tax audits, statutory audits, and related documentation.
Review and analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
Manage client communication and resolve accounting and taxation queries.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting,
and business analysis.
Supervise and guide junior accountants/articles as required.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
CA Qualified with 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Auditing.
Valuable command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling multiple clients/assignments.
Knowledge of financial analysis and MIS reporting.
Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions.
Team management and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
