Metrika Moduler Solutions is a modular furniture company based in Mumbai. We design and manufacture premium kitchens, wardrobes and furniture for B2B channel partners across India. Our factory is where a technical drawing becomes a finished, delivered product.
The role
This role runs the factory floor day to day - the production plan, the people, the machines, and the quality of everything that leaves for site.
This is a role for a fresh engineering graduate. We are not looking for someone who has already done this elsewhere. We are looking for someone we can build. You will be trained on our systems, our machinery and our standards, and you will be given real ownership of the floor early.
What you will do
Run the daily production plan - what is cutting, what is assembling, what is dispatching
Check output against cutting lists and panel lists before anything moves to dispatch
Catch quality problems on the floor, not at the client's site
Keep machines, materials and manpower aligned so the line does not stall
Work alongside an experienced floor team and earn their confidence
Report daily production and dispatch status to management
Hold safety and housekeeping standards without being asked twice
What we are looking for
A fresh engineering graduate - Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Civil
Able to read a technical drawing and understand what is being built
Genuinely interested in manufacturing and willing to spend the day on the floor
Comfortable in Excel; transparent on WhatsApp and in writing
The temperament to lead people more experienced than you - with respect, not authority
Based in or able to commute to Vasai, in office full time

Every rupee of margin earned in costing can be lost on the factory floor. This role protects it - and it is the fastest way in this company to learn how modular furniture is actually made.
