About the Project

We are building a platform that makes it easy for recent and amateur racers to discover and join motorsport events — karting, motorcycle track days, car racing training, cycling races, and more.

Your role will help grow the grassroots motorsport community and bring real racing opportunities to more people.

Responsibilities

Research & build a database of racing tracks, teams, academies, and event organizers in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bangalore.

Reach out and communicate with organizers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.

Onboard organizers and help them list their events on our platform.

Promote upcoming events in relevant motorsport communities and social groups.

Help current participants understand event details, registration steps, and requirements.

Attend select racing events or track days to take photos/videos, meet organizers, and strengthen relationships.

Collect feedback from organizers and participants to improve the platform experience.

Key Skills & Qualities

Strong communication skills (English + Tamil/Kannada/Telugu/Hindi as relevant).

Confident speaking with recent people (phones, DMs, face-to-face).

Positive organization and follow-up discipline.





Interest in motorsport or cycling (F1, MotoGP, karting, bikes, sim-racing, etc.).

Ability to maintain structured spreadsheets and reporting.

Comfort with occasional field travel to tracks and events.

Nice to have (not required):

Basic Instagram/Reels content creation.

Prior experience in club events, campus motorsport teams, or sports communities.

Work Environment

Flexible hours.

Hybrid work (remote + on-ground visits).

you’ll work directly with the founder and core builder team.

Your work will directly shape the first version of the platform.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
