Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach/telephonic screening.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate, up-to-date information.
Support offer roll-out coordination and follow-ups with selected candidates.
Help track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel drop-offs).




Assist with employer branding tasks — job postings, social media content, and outreach material.
Support campus hiring drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks/candidates at once.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup workplace.
Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus (not mandatory).
Genuine interest in HR/recruitment as a career path.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
