Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/management interview rounds.
Maintain recruitment MIS and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interview schedules, documentation, and offer/appointment processes.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates.




Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand manpower requirements.
Support onboarding activities as required.

Eligibility:
Graduate in HR/Management or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
